To those who are thirsty for silence, for prayer, for communion, to those who are longing to withdraw and take time, and perhaps to have someone listen and accompany them in their seeking, the Community offers, at both Grandchamp and Sonnenhof :

  • sharing in the prayer of the Community: daily offices at 7:15 a.m., 12:15 a.m., 6:30 and 8:30 p.m.; Eucharist on Thursdays at 6:30 p.m., and typically Sundays at 7:30 a.m.
  • participation in one of the retreats offered in the yearly programme;
  • a retreat accompanied by a sister, for individuals, couples, or groups;
  • a welcome to groups  who have their own programme, but who wish to enter into the rhythm of the Community’s daily life;
  • for youth– and for not so young – the possibility of a longer stay with the sisters, sharing in their life of prayer and work (volunteers);
  • liturgical feasts as a discovery and a deepening of faith;

or still more…

  • an initiation to prayer, to the reading of the Word of God, to the liturgical life of the Church;
  • a way of spiritual discernment with the help of one of the sisters;
  • a day of prayer, of meditation, with a theme and date of your choice
